TCP protocol confirmation

I am troubleshooting a problem with a particular host  I see that host sends to it fine most of the time.  However, it appears that there are times when is not responding so retries (repeated SYN) and terminates the session with an RST.  The attached packet capture snippet shows this beginning with packet 563818.

I need an expert to confirm the above.

The syns are the start of the connection. You should see a Syn-ack then an ack to establish the session... When it turns into a one way communication like your the RST flag is raised in order to reset the connection and the process starts over again.
