Get .NET Version from Registry or a File Version from .NET .dll File

Dear Delphi Experts.

Is there anyone that can create a complete routine for Delphi that can get
.NET version (complete version) either from registry or from a .net dll file or
other file that holds the latest installed version. I see you can get .NET install
path from this registry key ...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework

or from the folder where .NET is installed x86
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\ or x64 folder
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\

Anyone?

Thanks.
