Hi,

If cell H5 = M, i would like to provide some information to the user of the spreadsheet. I dont want this info just hanging around the spreadsheet when H5<>M.

So should i call this via a text box or something. Could i have some code that would call this data from a text box or somewhere and place it under the H5, around cell H7

E.G

"xyz xyz"

Thanks,

Seamus

Hmmm - that wouldn't need (VB/Macro) code anyhow.

Just place something like this in a cell beneath and give it some appropriate formatting if needed (display multiple lines, automatic row height, etc.):

=IF(H5="M";"Text to be shown";"")

Another attempt might be thru conditional formatting.
