All I see on the VMWare website is upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 U3 and the full installer package

I already have 4.1 U2. Where can I find U3 for upgrade only?

Thanks again everyone

Sweet, thanks a bunch guys. Thought the installer was for clean installs not upgrades. The vmware site gives me the embedded version and you'rs says installable ISO. Will give both a try though just to see.
