Windows Fax Server
Client has fax service installed on Windows Server. The fax system has been set-up so that when a fax comes in does the follwoing:
1.) Sends the fax as a .tiff attachment to an assigned email
2.) Simultaneously printed on a local laser printer
If that system fails then it sends the fax to the fax machine.
Recently received faxes are going directly to the fax machine.
Have checked the windows fax server software,
Did the following:
Checked if recipient email id was correct.
Ensured fax service was running
Dont know more to do as have not much exposure on it.

If call not answered make sure your fax modem working and automatic answer (ticked) is enabled.
