You need to increase the virtual by: Right click on my computer->advance tab->performance ->settings->Advanced->Virtual memory->change->select the drive on which you want to increase the virtual memory.

Normally the initial size is 1.5 times of the RAM and and the Maximum size is 3 times of the RAM size.

You need to increase the virtual memory.  BTW windows has done this to you now.

What you should do is to reboot your servers often. That will make sure that your memory is released.

How often do you reboot your servers?

Just set the initial value to the recommended figure shown in the dialogue box.

However:
If your page file is filling up that usually means your RAM is filling up, you should try to avoid this for many reasons, mostly because it will slow the system down significantly.
Open Task Manager after the system has been in use for a day or so and look at the Commit Charge Peak value, this will tell you the maximum amount of RAM that the system WANTED to use. Fit more RAM (or configure more if it's a virtual machine) such that the system has more total RAM than the Commit Charge Peak value you observed.
