SSRS preview report refreshing
i have a SSRS report. when i preview the report it takes a few minutes to generate the preview. is there a way to cache the report so when i preview it instantly displays the results and reflect the formatting changes that i apply like crystal does.

i have tried this and it works as far as report builder is concerned but i am developing in visual studio. is there any any way to replicate it on VS?
Another option is you can build a cache table for yourself. You must be doing some calculations which involves different tables to build your dataset. Just schedule with the help of some job and create a table where you fill up all the possible results. So, finally for getting your dataset, you will do a select columnNames from YourTable.
