Outlook Time Scale Setting in Terminal Server 2008 is Continuously Resetting Itself

Posted on 2012-09-06

I have a user in one of our remote offices that every time they log in to the terminal, the Outlook setting for the Time Scale will change from half hour increments to hour increments.  I've been dealing with this for almost a month now and it's becoming a real bother to constantly have to change this setting for her.

Any assistance or direction would be much appreciated.

Have you tried to create a new Outlook profile for this particular user? You do this from the mail applet in the control panel. You can create a new profile and keep the old one intact until you have corrected this issue.

That should have been the first thing to think of...(Homer Simpson)Doh!!  Let me give that a try and I'll report back on this.  I'm pretty sure it's going to work.
