Resource Mailbox does not show correctly

In our Exchange 2010 setup, when a user book a resource and type in detail in the subject and text field, the text does not show up in the resource calendar.

In the users own calendar everything is fine ans shows up as it should.

All users are reviewers on the resource calendars.

Any idea how to fix this?

Does this happen with all Resource calendars ?
Are you using some 3rd party in between as well ?

Try running the below command
Get-Mailbox "ResourceName" | FL
Get-CalendarProcessing "ResourceName" | FL

Booking a room does not require you to give any rights to the Calendar .... sorry to say but i dont agree to your solution :(

I mixed it up with another problem I had (I was still half a sleep after a good nigts sleep). You are absolutely right. I write the correct answer in the next post.

This is the correct answer :-)

As a standard Exchange 2010 deletes Subject and Content from the resources calendars.

Resource Informaion Tab
I unchecked the appropriate fields and then it was working. Thats for sure :-)
