1) if sql server crashed, how should we repair it, or how can we restore sql server back to its normal state

    Those questions require some big answers, just giving my 0.02.

    1. It would depend on what "crash" means. Is your SQL Service not starting? Is your database in "Suspect" mode? There are many reasons for a SQL Server Database to become unavailable and I'm pretty sure there's no "one answer" to this question, I guess it depends.

    2. The .Net Framework is a Microsoft development framework that provides libraries and functionality across several languages (i.e. VB.Net, C#). Where is it used? Well anywhere a .Net application is going to run, the .Net Framework needs to exist (or be installed).
