List Import Specifications

I am working with an Access 2003 mdb. Is there any way I can get a listing of the Import Specifications? I'm not just looking for the names of the specifications, I'd like to see the 'field' specifications. I'd prefer output to a table, but report would suffice.

    You can query them like this:

    SELECT SpecName FROM MSysIMEXSpecs

    SELECT MSysIMEXSpecs.*
    FROM MSysIMEXSpecs;

    SELECT MSysIMEXColumns.*
    FROM MSysIMEXColumns;
