Project plan

Anyone have a template project plan for the re-ip'ing of a network. I am buried in work and now they want me to spend time on a project plan for implementing a new connection and changing the scope of the network at a site.

    Hi, that is a huge overhaul.  You can start brainstorming, then break it down to lists, and add more details.  Here are some examples:

    IP address change, timeline, resources internal/external needed

    Servers, computers, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, vpns, email systems, phone/voicemail systems and other systems

    DNS changes internal/external

    Remote offices

    Maybe individual hosts file need to be updated on computers
