I have a user who seems to have "lost" their notes and does not seem to know why/how this occured and I wanted to know if there's a place to possibly retrieve the NOTES from besides going to the backups?

This is on a Windows XP sp3 and running Office 2010.

Hi vulture71,

If you connect this user via Exchange OWA do they see the notes?
