Trying to install Exchange 2010 SP2 on the new MS Server2012RC gave the MailBox Role Failed!

I am trying to install Exchange 2010 SP2 on the new MS Server2012RC.

However, after passing all roles and prerequisites successfully (Ten in number), eventually it gave "MailBox Role Failure".

I tried again to re-install Exchange Server 2010 SP2, but the results are seen below...

Any help please?

I had this issue a few years ago with Exchange 2010 and Server 2008 and its was a pain that included M/S help...Maybe the process of re-installing has gotten better because before, when you installed this as a D/C, you could only remove and reinstall by removing files via ADSIEdit...
