Exchange 2010

I have an Exchange 2003 Server which is currently in Production and i have just Created a new Exchange 2010 Exchange Server in a different forest.
Can someone tell me what is the best/easiest/ sucessful way to move the mailboxes between the 2 servers.  I have read about how to move in the same Domain.

It isnt that easy but not tough as well.

You can do that with MS tools or get some 3rd party like Quest to assist.

One of the best 3rd party tool for Cross forest migration is Quest.
