Programmatic / Automatic Disablement of Sound/Audio Enhancements

On systems with Sound Blaster Sound cards there is an option in the speaker properties to 'Disable Audio Enhancements'...

Can someone tell me where the registry settings or files are to configure this with a script?

Run PROCMON then toggle the setting in control panel.
In ProcMon, use the filter options to find out what's happening in the registry file.
