    Accepted Solution

If you have a account or willing to make one it should be easy

    1. Set your OS X Email Client as a IMAP client
    2. After a successful setup you'll have your gmail inbox folder along with your local mails
    3. Copy ALL your local mails to gmail (inbox should be sufficient)
    4. Set your Outlook 2011 as a IMAP client (or POP3)
    5. Download all your email ;)
