Unable to Open .org Website

We are attempting to access a website with a .org extension and only get the "This page cannot be found - http 400 bad request" The users are behind a Sonicwall Pro 3060 firewall. Outside this firewall there is no problem getting this website to open properly. There is no content filtering or blacklisting active on the firewall. The website is also available with a .com extension and there is no problem opening the site behind this firewall. What would cause this situation?

If you would post the website address, we could take a look at it.

Was this happen to ALL .org website? or just some?

The 400 Bad Request error is an HTTP status code that means that the request you sent to the website server (e.g. a request to load a web page) was somehow malformed therefore the server was unable to understand or process the request.

I suspect that this has something to do with your firewall configuration.
Is there any chance that you could post your SonicWall configuration here so we can analyze it? don't forget to change the real ip address with a fake one if you do post it.

If the .org site is a new reserved domain, you have to wait about 48 hours to be accessible from all over the world. its a DNS issue, which is a normal behavior for new domains.

Good Luck!

The website is fairly new but we seem to be the only ones having the issue. I can open the .org site from my home office w/o difficulty - so I assume that the firewall is the culprit. Other .org sites seem to be fine.
www.ibao.org
Which part of the firewall configuration did you wish to view?

I can open the website above without problem. Could be a security/content filtering problem or anything related to filtering, could you post the filtering part of your firewall config?

This can happen while behind a firewall...or proxy server.  Can you add an exception to the proxy or punch a hole through the firewall to reach out to that site?

I believe there is a Global Exclusion settings on SonicWall, don't know if you have it in yours
You can just put www.ibao.org on the exclusion list until you have a better solution.
