Exchange 2010 and outlook 2010

Hello Everyone,

First time posting and hoping to find a solution here.

We got a customer of ours that is running with a problem at every computer.

A side note we are running exchange 2010 on a HP ML350 GEN8 at the customer.

When searching in outlook 2010 it shows all key words. Example ;

Search in all items and then type in ''transautomobile''

It finds everything with mobile , trans , auto in it all seperate. The customer keeps holding on that outlook 2007 didn't give any problems.

They just want to search for ''transautomobile'' and only show the email adresses and they don't want to use the advanced search ''from'' button.

It's a hard question and an hard customer of ours that is willing to work us out if we dont fix this little problem. It appears on all computers and reindexing outlook , new profiles and new windows 7 profiles will not fix this.

PS: If we login on webmail , terminal or profile of administrator the problem doesn't occur.

Hopefully I hope any of you can help us in this community.

Sorry for the bad grammar.

There is a workaround discussed in the link below. Can you please have a look.

Thank you for the answers but none of them can help me.

The clients are not using cached outlook profiles.

And it only occurs locally when searching for a full word it comes up with different emails with keywords in it.

Still trying to find a solution myself hopefully  we can find something.
