task scheduler says it ran the task but it isn't  -Windows 7

I am running task scheduler. It says it runs but it is not actually running the program. Any suggestions? Attached is the set up. I am running Windows 7.

Ok, the info you provided states the task ran successfully as you have noted. If what you wanted to accomplish was not done it is most likely a result of bad triggers being used with the application. Double check your triggers and paste the full action tab details here if you need further assistance.
