In Access I have a Form and underlaying Table with fields: ID, Name and Email. I want to click a button and open Outlook with the person's email address entered already in the To field.

How would I do that?

    Accepted Solution

There are many ways to acomplish this but the simplest way is:

    DoCmd.SendObject acSendNoObject, , , ""

If the user has Outlook Profiles, they will need to select the profile as Outlook Opens up if it is not already open.

Once the person is done with the email, control will return back to Access,

    Hope that helps.
