Website not displaying ASP classic page when using SQL 64 bit instead of 32 bit

I have a website which displays records from a MS SQL 2008 RC database, it worked just fine and was running the 32 bit version.
We upgraded our sql to 64 bit and RC2. since the page says it is unavailable. Everything is setup properly but the content is not being displayed.

Related to the same issue i have an intranet with the issue where i cannot longer login :(  ... same thing, since the database upgrade.

What should I be looking for ?  why is it not working  ?

You might need to upgrade your SQL Native Client on the client machines.   It's listed in the middle of this page: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29065  There are x86 and x64 versions of it.  The SQL Native Client 11 supports all SQL Servers back to 2005.
If the error you are getting says page is unavailale, try fixing your browser and see what it says now.

Go to tools, Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab, scroll down till you see "Show http friendly error messages"

Uncheck that box.

Now try again. what error do you get?

Apparently the ASPS dont work well with SQL 2008 64 bit, we are reinstalling the 32 bit.
One of our apps is an ASP app that points to 64bit sql server 2008 r2.

I am afraid but you have not posted the actual errors you are getting.
