Exchange 2007 - Setup Email Gateway

I have a MS Exchange 2007 mail server and would simply like to forward all outgoing emails to my new antispam/antivirus gateway.  How would I forward the traffic to my gateway that is in my  network?  Is that through Hub Transport (Organization Config).  If so, how do I get it to forward to the device?  Thanks and let me know if this is too vague.

You mean Edge Transport?

I have a FortiGate which is a physical gateway I want to forward the outbound traffic to.  It won't be an Edge Transport server I forward it to.

I think that might work.  So do I set the accepted to an "Internal Relay" and send it to the antispam/antivirus ip in our network?

configure connector under Org Config > Hub Transport,
add address space SMTP, address = *, cost = 1, check all subdomains
under network tab choose to route mail through your smart host and provide the information for your FortiGate, source would be your edge transport or CAS server.

OK.  Cool, I already had Public Send Connector.  Tonight when I do the changeover tonight I'll add the private IP of my FortiMail unit under the smart host section so outbound traffic is transferred through it.  Thanks for the answers and I'll submit this as answered as soon as I get done with the config tonight.
