Temporary profile loads with win 7 pro on domain

I was having an issue with windows 7 pro 32 bit reloading the same updates over and over.  Before looking into registry I tried to run updates one last time.  It said it downloaded 5 of 20 and after reboot tried to install them.  Upon logging in it just logs into a temporary profile.  Says to check with sys admin if persists.  Any tools or tricks for that situation?  win 7 pro on win2k3 domain.

I've had to remove the defective profile from Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Configure Advanced User Profile Properties.  Once the profile is removed, you can log in as the user again to create a new default profile and the error should be gone.

Let me know if that doesnt resolve the issue for you.
