Mailboxes Missing in EMC but Showing In EMS and Address List

I am implementing an Exchange 2010 server and am having issues after attempting to move mailboxes from one database to another, I kicked off a move for 200+ users which failed half way through, now all users no longer show in the EMC, if I do a "Get-Mailbox | FL" in EMS, they show there but not in EMC and users cannot connect.

I've read a few articles that suggest that the mailnickname attributes may be missing  but they're not.

Any Ideas?

Try applying the mandatory properties to the mailboxes.

set-mailbox user -ApplyMandatoryProperties

That should correct things.

When you do a "Get-Mailbox | FL" what is the server ?
You can also try with "Clean-MailboxDatabase "DatabaseName".

An update on this, I was trying to create a new datastore which was failing due to apparent AD replication latency.

Ran dcdiag which showed errors, so rebooted both AD controllers, on startup, all AD accounts for users with missing mailboxes have vanished.

Currently restoring from backup.
