SBE Log Disabled Message on a Dell PE 2800 Server

I have a Dell Power Edge 2800 server running windows 2003 server sp2 in a windows 2008 R2 domain. There are no error messages in event viewer and server is fully functional. However, on the front panel there is a flashing red LCD light and a display that states that "the SBE Log is Disabled " Normally that flashing red LCD light is usually a solid blue light. How can I resolve this issue?

Use the Server's Openmanage DVD, or if you installed openmanage, logon to that to check the status and change server settings.

I apologize for taking so long to reply. However, I do not have the server's Openmanage DVD or CD hence I then checked the Dell site under Drivers and downloads but could not find a download with the name openmanage. Could you please tell me what I'm doing incorrectly?

For your server under the "System Management" section there are several tools and iso's (CD's/DVD's) you can download. Exactly which ones of them you need and which ones aren't necessary I don't know:

Yes, Rindi, but that was my point too that there were quite a few files available under system management but it was not clear which was the correct one to use.

You'll just have to download and try them.

The answer given generally stair me the correct direction but it involve way too much trial and error for a production machine.
