Copy Data from Excel and Write to New Excel with CFSPREADSHEET

We are using CFSPREADSHEET to read data from an outputted excel spreadsheet and then we want to create a new single worksheet spreadsheet based on the query from the old one (Which has 10 worksheets that we don't want to share with the user).

Reading isn't a big deal:

<cfspreadsheet action="read" src="cells\tool.xlsx" sheetname="Export" rows="1-80" columns="1-55" query="Output">

But is there a simple/quick way to do the write part of this?    We were looping through the output but that seems to take forever.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Maybe I'm missing something, but if the data is already in a query - can't you just do action=write, like:

<cfspreadsheet action="write"
