Outlook Web Access - Timeout too quickly

I have users who say that their OWA timeouts out in 15 minutes. They are selecting private computer on the login screen. Is there any way that I can fix this or change the timeout for private logons?

They have Exchange 2007

Thank You,

    Accepted Solution

15 minutes is the public timeout, so I would have to doubt the users, unless something has been changed.
This is the section on Technet about the setting.

Do ensure that you are fully up to date though.

Yes, thank you. I will double check. Should there be a privatetimeout D WORD entry in the registry by default?

Not that I am aware of. If the entry doesn't exist the defaults apply.
