RADIUS Authentication to WiFi Network: Cisco AP1242

I want to force users trying to connect to the WiFi network to have to authenticate using RADIUS.  The URL below seems to show how in section "Configuring RADIUS Login Authentication for a Wireless LAN".  Where I am getting into the weeds is when it tells me to configure "line" in step 5.  What line would I be putting in there?  And what is "radius-server attribute 32 " ??  In the end I want my users to have to put in their AD uid/pw in order to hop onto the WiFi network.  Please let me know if I'm no the right track and if not what am I missing?  Thank you.  I am using Microsoft IAS RADIUS btw.
