question on reference frames

i need to have a reference frame fixed on frame A and one fixed on disk

if i take

ref. frame A { e1 along OA , e2 out of the page , e3 = e1 x e2 )

and

Reference frame B ( u1 along OP , u2 out of page and u3=u1xu2)

is it correct ?

It looks like Ω could rotate e3 and u2 through the page

ozo , i am not following you. can u please clarify ? cant i take e2 and u2 out of the page and for the e3 and u3 take the cross products ?

You can, but the picture seems to suggest that Ω may rotate it.
