Internet Access Restrictions

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to limit access on multiple PC's to Internet usage like
--accessing some particular sites, while restricting others.
--stopping download but allow viewing the sites
--limiting / restricting the download

    I would suggest you buy a cheap DD-WRT compatible router and use it to restrict internet access/websites and curb P2P applications.
