article block not positioned against header

I'm having a problem positioning my article block right up against my header.  It should start right below the header - 0px.  If you look at the code, there is a gap.  Please let me know the correct coding so that the article block is directly below the header, with no margin or padding.  Please see:

    Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm sticking with this layout.

    It's the margins in the h and p tags in the header that cause the gap. If you set a height in pixels for the header, the gap will go away.
