Hi,

Few questions:

1. How many mobile users do we have?
2. Whats the user experience when the W3WP process is hitting max?
3. Can you post ExBPA report for us?
4. Why do you think it is related to IOS5?
5. Anything in IIS or event logs? can you post IIS logs when W3WP is using high memory?

For a starter, you can use poolmon: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/177415?

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

Issue 2.8 - High CPU usage when you synchronize a mobile device to an Exchange Server CAS

This issue is currently under investigation by the mobile device manufacturer.

Nothing much in it to be honest, though here is the link on how to use Log Parser: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2012/03/07/introducing-log-parser-studio.aspx
please read if you have not already done so.

Also if you know this happened after ISO5 updates, do we have an option to disable activesync for those users OR do we have too many users and its not an option? We just need to see if the server behaves properly or not after those devices are NOT syncing which will prove your point.

they did solve it and let me know which user was it , but only after the DUMPED the proccess info , it was caused by an old IPHONE version IOS which was also cracked , so keep all your iphones/ apple products updated with original non cracked IOS
