Trendmicro worry free 7 error installing on workstation

Successfully installed on SBS 2011 but having problems on win7 x64 workstations. Trendmicro error message saying "cannot uninstall software which may prevent installation" Is there anyway to identify which software may prevent the installation. The worksations currently have Avast on them but I disabled it before I attempted the Trendmicro installation. Attempted install from the internal website, when that failed I downloaded the installer from the webpage with the same result. Any ideas?

Thank you for the suggestion and the link. Complete removal of Avast was the next logical step. But I had hoped that I could identify the offending software because if the trendmicro will still not install then I am left with reinstalling Avast. This is a professional office environment and must be operational Mon. morning. My original intent was to get the Trendmicro protection first and then uninstall the Avast. I will wait for additional comments regarding the identity of the offending software, if that is not possible I will accept your suggestion as the solution. Thank you again.

It turns out Avast has a protection feature that you have to maually disable before even their own removal tool will work. Thanks for the help. I was able to get the Avast removed and the Trend Micro installed correctly from the server so problem solved. I will check the event viewer tomorrow and see what kind of footprints were left behind. Now the only remaing problem is the workstations can no longer open anything on the sharepoint site except the Trendmicro installer page but that is another question. Thanks again.
