Excel Graphs

To whom it may concern,

In the attached powerpoint, I have two graphs that I generated in Excel; I used Powerpoint for presentation purposes only. My goal is to have the same scale on the Y-axis (circled in red). You will notice that the scale is currently different.

Any insight would be appreciated.
