How can I test a C and C++ code on my Windows PC. Is there any free tool that will let me compile a C and also a C++ program (the way I compile on gnu compiler in UNIX)?
Thank you.

You can try Visual C++ Express as well:
You can compile apps in command-line mode or using its sophisticated IDE.
