None technical question, inform student to save data under H dirve

dear expert,

I am using Mandatory profile.

I want to set a logo under student desktop to inform them to save data under H: student drive.  otherwise they will loose their data after restart, if they save under desktop or their profile.

what is a best way to write this down.

thank

I'm a native English speaker, so the following is grammatically correct.
You could improve with colours/colors and a warning logo.

=== IMPORTANT NOTICE ===

You must save your data to Drive H:
If you do not save your data to H: You Will Loose It!

If you save data to any other location, it will be
irretrievably lost after a restart!

I found one typo (typing error) in my message above (it is missing) ...
You could improve it with colours/colors and a warning logo.

loose it ?? -> is it currently tied up? you meant  lose it

make a text box with an I AGREE that must be typed in.. to close it..

You could obviate the need for this (for the most part) by simply using folder redirection so that the Desktop and My Documents folders are both stored on the server.
