formula help

Please can you help with a condition format formula.

If B9 is not blank & Q9 is blank "" I would like the B9 to highlight.

You can use Conditional Formatting for B9 using the formula

=AND(B9<>"",Q9="")

If you need more detailed instructions then please specify your excel version
