Outlook 2007 - Family Protection Filter Benefit

My OS is win 7 Prof 64 bit and I use Outlook 2007.  Not sure when or how this happened, but now I get some emails being blocked with the message : Family Protection Filter Benefit.  and it has been blocked and would need the Administrator to view it.
The only thing I did was to add spam emails to the Spam List, and finally when they still kept on coming and coming I gave up and just deleted them one by one.
Hope the Experts can advice what I may have done wrong or inadvertently set off some setting.  Thank u.
