Counting Correct Answers in Excel
I am a teacher and I want to be able to give a test or quiz using a Google Docs Form that will save my students answers in a spreadsheet that I can open in Excel to see how they did. Is there a way to have Excel examine each answer (cell) and determine if it is correct or not? For example, I have 25 students and its a 30 question quiz and I add a row with the correct answers. I want the number missed displayed at the end of their answers.
Name Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Q5......Q30 Total Missed
John T T F T F ........T 2
Sam F F F F T.........F 5
.
.
Answer T F T T F.........T
I looked at the CountIf and CountIfs functions but I kept getting errors. My formula looked something like this =CountIfs(B2,"<>"&B32,C2"< >"&C32.... .)
Thanks in advance!
