This is a new setup of zimbra collaboration suite 7.x. It is to replace the previous zimbra that using version 5.x. After the change, getting more users feedback that when their outlook is running, it seems that no new mail is received. Only until action to close the outlook, and then re-open it, then suddenly all those new mails appear in the Inbox.
Do I miss up any settings on zimbra?
