    Accepted Solution

Are you saying user isnt able to see the Free+Busy of the Room Mailbox calendar ?
Is that "Hash Marks (\\\\\)" or what is the exact concern ?

If \\\\ marks the there are few conditions
    1. Atleast one meeting has to be accepted and then only the calendar data will be published to FB folder :)
    2. Check the FB is default to 2 months one in past and rest in future as per the number of months selected :)
    3. Close your Outlook then run "Outlook /Cleanfreebusy" and open Outlook and check.
