Delphi coding standards tool

Hi,

I wanted some suggestions on the tools available for the following check on delphi code in Borland Delphi 2006:
1: Coding standards
2: Tool that can be integrated with any version control tool like SVN.
3: A spell checker for the lables, captions, messages being used in the Delphi form or messages boxes etc. that can be embedded with the environment.
4: A delphi standard checklist, automated preferred, for checking the code whther it has been written in a standard format.

Please can anyone also provide a comparison among a list of such tools and the one which you recommend.

This would be a great help.
Thanks,
Pallavi

have you looked at static code analysis?
Example:
Code Healer -- http://socksoftware.com/

I would think you could apply the source code checks at either check-in time or unit test time.
