hi, I have 7 users using iphones on imap and activesync. all work bar one.
this one user just gets a username and password error. I have tried testing the account on mail2web.com and https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
. which works for the working accounts but not this one account.
I have changed the password, disabled and re-enabled the account. checked the account will allow imap and active sync.
is there any thing else i can look at before i delete and remake the account
