hi, I have 7 users using iphones on imap and activesync. all work bar one.
this one user just gets a username and password error. I have tried testing the account on and which works for the working accounts but not this one account.

I have changed the password, disabled and re-enabled the account. checked the account will allow imap and active sync.

is there any thing else i can look at before i delete and remake the account

I have to ask... is activesync (Outlook Mobile Access) enabled for that account?
Check the Exchange Features of the User account to verify this access is enabled.

What error you are getting can you post it, also check the app logs, you might find the exact issue. Also check Alias name doesn't contain any special character or trailing space.
