No warning deleting meeting in Outlook 2010

On an Exchange 2003 server a Outlook 2010 user doesn't get a "Delete Confirmation"
pop-up when deleting a meeting.

    It is possible its an issue related to Old Exchange 2003.  (support expiring for this btw..)

    But Check this
    checkbox at File tab, Options, Advanced, other section (very bottom).
    "prompt for confirmation before permanently deleting items"  Should be checked.
