Here's an 'official' guide: http://www.iis.net/learn/publish/using-web-deploy/migrate-a-web-site-from-iis-60-to-iis-7-or-above  And here's a blog page with more 'how-to': http://blogs.iis.net/bills/archive/2008/06/18/how-to-migrate-from-iis-6-to-iis-7.aspx   Several people have noted that this is not a completely automatic procedure and not every possibility will work.

Yes other than auto tool to migrate the IIS 6.o to 7.0 .
Its better to do it manually if above URLs procedure are not worked.

Coz from iis 6.0 to 7.0 means its complete Server change.

Prepare the list How may sites are configured on IIS6.0
Which applications are require to site Configure ( asp ,php ,dotnet frameworks )
Sites Details Ip address / port numbers
Website & Database ( mysql or sql server ) backup

and then check the site one by one on Windows2008 IIS7.0 ,
In win2k8 there is compatibility option also available for IIS6.0
