unread folder in mac office2011

PC ver of outlook has unread folder in the favourite, i can not find this  in mac ver.
But i know in the previous Entorage we can create cusom view folder.
Can we do this in office mac 2011?
i can not find anything.
there is a smart folder, but i can not create anything under that.
