Winodws 7 Performance Monitor

I am using Winodws 7

In the following link:

I see under the heading  "CPU Metrics" towards the end of the document

Under that heading I see

CPU Wait Time

However, when I go to the Performance Monitor, I see the Processor Heading, but the the CPU Meading

Is there a way I can get to the CPU heading when in Windows 7, or is that just for server class machines

Apparently this can not be done on a non-server
