composing a mail error when selecting multiple recipients with shift key
If I manually select all the entries in my contact list, I do not get an error, but if I use the shift key to select everyone in a contact list I get the error "The selected entry does not have a valid address"
Maybe that error existed in an earlier version of Notes, i.e. before R8.5.3FP1 that I use. If I get you right, you search for addresses in the Contact list, then you click one and then you shift-click the 5th or so. Doesn't work here, it selects only the 5th one.
Suggestion: can you upgrade, at least the Mail template but maybe all of Notes?

-The first thing which comes to my mind is did you try to access you email on another PC and try the " Shift Key "?
- Secondly, did you try to do the basic things , Refresh Design and Replace Design then Views Re-Building ( Ctrl+Shift+F9)
- what is the Lotus Notes version you have ?
