Can I get PowerPoint to run on a Android Tablet?

I have a PowerPoint that I manually go through about 48 slides. Then on number 49 or 50, it starts a section of the presentation with music and shows slides on its own at a certain pace. I don't do anything else until it is finished. This worked great on my WIndows machine. I need to take it on the road though and I have a ThinkPad Tablet running Android OS 3.1.

Can I get a program with Droid that can play it or convert it to something else and it still run the PowerPoint the same way and play the music with slides etc?

Have you tried TouchSHow?

You can get a trial here:

TouchShow for Android 3.1 Release
Play Powerpoint on Android with animation? Try Touchshow.

Demo video to show how to operate:

CPU 1.5GH or above recommended
Android 2.3
Adobe AIR for Android installed
PC requirement (for converter):
Microsoft Office 2007 or above installed
Touchshow is a useful office android tool.
It is different from those android powerpoint viewers. It is a powerpoint player, presenting with animation, other than static pages.
Trigger and animation sequence are now fully supported. Animation effects will be implemented soon.

Besides, touchshow supports audio, video, flash, hyperlink and many interactive components. Also Touchshow integrates many useful functions for presentation, such as markup, business chart, multi touch ...
Acseven beat me to it.  I use Touchshow and find it to be the simplest one out there.
